Whittington & Fisherwick Open Gardens 2017

The 2017 Open Gardens is a joint event organised by St Giles' Church and Whittington & Fisherwick Environment Group.

The two day gardens tour event will take place on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th July and will coincide with a flower festival at St Giles' Church.

Entry Tickets, refreshments, other goods and services will be provided from Thomas Spencer Hall (the Church Hall), and transport to all the gardens will be available by minibus or for those who want the exercise on foot - directions will be provided!

A great deal of effort is required to make the two-day event a success and an Open Gardens committee has been convened with representatives from both partners organisations.

So...Are you are keen to be a part of this event?

We anticipate that some gardens may not be open on both days and so are keen to find new gardens and owners who are interested in being part of this, so, if you know of anybody, with an impressive garden - large or small, please contact David Murcott on 07823 324056

You may be planning changes in your garden in preparation for the event, so now is an ideal time to start.

We'll be providing regular progress reports and would be very interested to hear any ideas you have for the event.

Many thanks for your support!
