It's the special Apple Day Market on 19th October 9.30am to 1pm in the Bell Inn Cark where you can bring along your surplus apples and take away delicious juice. WFEG will be there with our crusher and apple press. You can bring along cookers or eaters - both are equally good (they just need to be of reasonably good quality) also bring a container and we'll do the rest! We just ask that we can keep a proportion of the juice to pasteurise and sell. PS Please bring back any juice bottles from last year.
The usual great food stalls will, of course, be at the market with delicious grass-fed pork and beef from Woodhouse farm - and preserves, cakes and all sorts of goodies from St Giles Church; also Cindy with her Neal's Yard beauty and health products.
And another special this month is a further chance to bring any old unusable inflatables like paddling pools, and beach paraphernalia to the WFEG Stall where we will dispatch them for recycling to Wyatt & Jack to transform into really useful articles.
